Summer Camp 2025

Registration is Opening Soon!

Day Camps

Our day camps run Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00.  This year we will be offering Elementary Day Camp for kids 7-11 and Middler Day Camp for teen 12-14.  Day Campers will do camp activities such as archery, climbing tower, creek hike, and crafts in the morning.  There will be a hot lunch in the dining hall at noon followed by some down time at Bible.  In the afternoon the campers will enjoy free time at the pool.  We try to have a “mud and creek day” each week and some weeks there is an optional overnight on Thursday for kids 9 and older.  Cost: $250.

  • Week 2 – June 23-27 – Elementary and Middler Camps
  • Week 5 – July 14-18 – Elementary and Middler Camps
  • Week 7 – July 28-August 1 – Elementary Camp open to 6-11 year olds

Overnight Camps

Our Overnight Camps run Sunday at 3pm until Friday at 3pm.  Each week of Overnight Camp is different, so be sure to read the descriptions below.  Cost $500

  • Week 4 – July 6-11
    • Classic Overnight Camp for 9-14 year olds.  At Classic Camp we prioritize all the classic camp activities like archery, climbing tower, creek hike, crafts, and cookouts.  There’s an optional sleep out Thursday night weather permitting.
    • Choose Your Own Adventure Survival Camp for 12-14 year olds.  New this year, spend time each morning learning wilderness survival skills such as fire building, shelter construction, and campfire cooking.
  • Week 6  – July 20-25
    • Service Adventure Camp – Service Adventure Camp is for campers 12-17.  Monday through Thursday campers go off site during the day to do service projects in the local community.  When they get back they have free time at the pool followed by dinner.  In the evenings campers do camp activities and participate in a lively club time.
    • Lifeguarding Camp – New this year, lifeguarding camp is a fun way to get your lifeguarding certification.  Campers will spend the morning and early afternoon working on their certification with our Red Cross certified trainers.  In the evening they will do camp activities and participate in club with the Service Adventure Campers.  Campers will need to do 9 hours of online prep BEFORE arriving at camp.  Ages 15-17.
  • Week 7 – July 27-August 1
    • Choose Your Own Adventure Camp – New this year, CYOA Camp offers campers 12-14 the opportunity to pick a track at camp that suits their own special interests.  We are still working out the details, but we think that some of the “adventures” this year will be: Techie Adventure (cameras, sound systems, and wifi, oh my!), Biking Adventure (bring your wheels!), and H2O Adventure (get wet and have fun!).

Leaders in Training Camp

Leaders in Training (LIT) Camp runs Sunday at 1pm until Friday at 7pm.  This camp is for high school students 15-17 and is a prerequisite for campers who hope to be a Teen Volunteer or a member of our Jr. Staff in the future.  LITs will wear several hats and will function as helpers, campers, and trainees at various times each day. As a broad category, LITs are still campers and will have a counselor assigned to them.  The cost of LIT Camp is considerably less than it is for regular Overnight Camps because we do expect and hope that in most cases these campers will be an asset to the overall function of camp.  However, there is still a fee to participate as there are costs associated with their room and board and with compensating their counselor and their leadership coaches.  Campers must apply to this program and a limited number of spots will be available.  Cost $200.

  • Week 2 – June 22-27
  • Week 7 – July 27-August 1

Day Trips

Bring your Tween or Youth Group to Crestfield for a day!  Most groups arrive by 10am and do Crestfield activities like archery, climbing wall, or canoes in the morning.  Bring your own lunch, order pizza, or eat in our dining hall.  Swim in the afternoon, and head home tired.  Most groups choose to leave camp mid-afternoon, but other options may be available if your group is interested.  Email Renee to set up your day.

  • Week 3 – June 30-July 3 – We’ve specifically set aside this week for church groups!
  • Other Days throughout the Summer? – Let us know what day you want to visit and we will see if we can make it work!
