Crestfield has a variety of lodging and meeting facilities to meet the needs any group. From our modern Scott Lodge, brand new cottages, or simple cabins, Crestfield can allow you to organize a week-long corporate meeting or offer a traditional retreat for a group.

Scott Lodge

Scott Lodge is a modern, twenty-four room hotel style facility that was opened in the fall of 1999. Scott Lodge contains 24 private rooms, with a total of 62 beds Рperfect for an adult oriented retreat the features all of the comfort and privacy of home. In addition to the delightfully comfortable sleeping  rooms, Scott Lodge contains a large conference room adjacent to the outdoor courtyard.

When your group has finished with business in the conference room, relax by the fireplace in Harold’s Room – a comfortable lounge furnished with a TV/VCR/DVD unit. Outside of Harold’s you will find a coffee bar (equipped with sink, teas, coffee, microwave, toaster, and table for your snacks) available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Scott Lodge is just a few steps away from the Dining Hall, and most of the activities of Crestfield.

Cottages

Our cottages offer modern and comfortable retreat space. Each cottage has two bunk rooms, a common meeting space, modern bathrooms and a full basement. The meeting space boasts a fire place, kitchenette, access to a beautiful back deck and wireless internet. The bathrooms contain private changing areas.

Each cottage has a total of 20 beds divided into two bunk rooms with 10 beds each. Tucked back in the woods, the Cottages are ideal for youth groups and retreat groups looking to have their housing and meeting space contained into one building. There are currently two cottages available.

Ed's Place

Ed’s Place provides the largest amount of indoor meeting space at Crestfield. The building is made up of two distinct meeting spaces.

The Spirit of the Glen is the largest room with a capacity of 153 people. During the summer camp and youth retreats, participants often sit on either chairs or on the floor. Of course we gladly adapt this space for adult use by providing tables and chairs.

The Back Room is a more informal gathering space. We provide chairs and tables for your group.

Each space is rented separately so choose one room or both.

Whichever space you choose in Ed’s Place, you will enjoy indoor restrooms and a small kitchenette with a sink, coffee, mugs and a refrigerator very close to your meeting facility.
